Jennifer Ghanem is a licensed attorney and the founder and owner of The Row Title & Escrow.  

Jennifer represents developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, homeowners associations, and financial institutions in various real estate transactions from residential purchase and sales transactions to commercial property acquisition and lending.  In addition to being the owner of The Row, Jennifer is a co-founder partner of Keller, Turner, Andrews & Ghanem, PLLC, a boutique sports and entertainment law firm. 

 Upon graduation from law school, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marietta Shipley, Second Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District. She soon moved to New York City where she served as in-house counsel with First American Corporation, a Fortune-500 company.   Jennifer has lived in Nashville for 32 years, a factor which has inspired her dedication to representing Music City residents and energized her commitment to active community involvement.
