The Row was founded by real estate attorney Jennifer Ghanem with a simple idea: real estate law and title & escrow shouldn't operate in separate worlds.

That foundation still shapes how we work today. Our team combines title and escrow experience with access to real estate legal expertise, allowing us to recognize issues, navigate challenges, and keep transactions moving toward the closing table.
